Project Highlights

A discerning owner’s minimalist aesthetic inspired this Noe Valley transitional Victorian entire home remodel and addition. Because the home is a designated Historical Landmark, the substantial repairs and remodeling at the front required careful planning. The design emphasizes expansive, yet well-defined, spaces oriented toward the lush and enclosed rear yard and patio. Elegant and simply designed interior details were added to update and blend seamlessly with the original Architecture. Each space features only one or two bold design elements.  The Victorian Floor Plan was completely reconfigured and opened to create functional, modern spaces for today’s living. Expansive VIews of the San Francisco Skyline were captured from the large picture windows added to the sidewalls of the Dining, Kitchen, and Living spaces, as well as the Master Bedroom. The Project was a clear success, reflecting the Owner’s Design and Living sensibilities.
