Project Highlights

The entire gut and remodel of the 1,100 square foot top floor of a 2 unit building included a complete redesign to meet the investment needs of the Owner occupied Residence. A poorly designed and built Remodel from several decades ago resulted in much unused space with little natural light. The solution resulted in an expansive open Living, Dining Room and Kitchen with Large Windows and Skylights. The Main open, light-filled Living space spans the entire top floor from front to back. The skylights were added over the curving Kitchen island, serving as a focal point as you enter the unit. Efficiency of Design resulted in a 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath Unit with plenty of Natural Light and Storage Space. The existing unit previously only had 2 Bedrooms and 1 Bath. The Successful Project resulted in a steady investment income while adding to much needed San Francisco Housing Stock for the Owner of the 2 Unit Building.
