The San Francisco Basement Remodel included the Main Level as well.  The Living and Dining Room was opened up, an existing bearing wall was removed, and the  Main Level became expansive and light filled.

800 square feet of living space which included a light filled Great Room, Bedroom, Laundry Room and Bathroom.  The basement space was previously unconditioned space and storage. Access to the Upper Level was provided with a new light filled staircase off of the main Living space above.
